Ship agency
Ship agent
The ship agent acts as a trusted representative of the shipping company, the cargo shipper, and the vessel’s master during the vessel’s port call. His or her role is central: ensuring that all stages of the port call are handled efficiently, on schedule, and without unnecessary delays. With a ship agent involved, the vessel’s visit runs like a well-oiled machine—safely, swiftly, and professionally.
The operations of our experienced ship agency team are built on expertise, precision, and the ability to adapt to the client’s needs. We tailor our service packages on a case-by-case basis and handle assignments directly according to the agreed terms.
Each year, we provide ship agency services for approximately 600 vessels at various ports across Finland.
