Entry permits
The port is a certified ISPS area (International Ship and Port facility Security code). Anybody seeking access to the port area must report to access control when arriving at the gate. All persons travelling in the same vehicle must be registered. Registration is to be carried out by calling the phone number indicated at the gate. Comprehensive information about your visit may be requested, and you may be requested to present your identity card.
If a visitor wishes to access the port, they must complete a security briefing and notify their arrival 24 hours in advance, either by calling the port’s general phone number or by email at inkooshp@inkooshipping.fi. Upon arrival, they must report at the gate by calling +358 40 736 4872.
The port uses an automatic license plate recognition system. If visits are regular, it is possible to request the port office to register the license plate in the system. The driving permit is valid for a limited period and is personal. However, if other persons are traveling in the vehicle, they must be reported as described above.
Port security personnel have the right to verify a visitor’s identity or the purpose of their visit at any time while on port premises. Please be prepared for inspections. Security personnel have the right to request that unauthorized persons leave the area.
Access to the port area is only allowed via the main gate A.
Access to the area via gate A1 requires a separate permit.
Entrance to the harbour office, the customs office and the canteen is possible without entering the port area through the pedestrians´gate B1. Note that further entrance to the port area is not permitted. Gate B1 is open daily (weekdays) 07.00 to 17.00.
